Tasting notes
Dried cherries, blackberry jam, menthol, and prunes. Swirling opens the bouquet to notes of coffee, currants, roses, underbrush, and slight hints of molasses and dried tobacco evolve with time in the glass. Flavors of fig, pomegranate, black fruits, clove, hazelnut, and baker's chocolate develop on the palate. The body is medium to full and smooth with backbone and acidity. Enjoy this wine now or in the next 10 years.
