Rosé of Syrah sourced from the Royal Slope. Light body with a mouth-watering acidity. The nose has notes of strawberry, watermelon rind, and wet stones. Fresh flavors of minerals and red berries with a kiss of sweetness. Destemmed and macerated for 6 hours. Stainless steel fermented and aged for 7 months.
