Extremely layered with phenomenal texture and sweetness, the acid presentation here is outstanding. The longer the wine stays in the glass, the more you'll be able to find.

Strawberry, tangerine, candied flowers, and hints of ginger and ripe cantaloupe.
Deep gold in color, the wine begins with Manuka honey, ginger, dried mango, and lemon curd. Swirling brings candied stone fruits, orange marmalade, cardamom, and flambéed pineapple. The mouthfeel is full-bodied but remarkably balanced. Beautifully sweet and complex, the wine finishes extremely long with a kiss of citrus and a touch of sea salt. Drink now or in the next 50 years.
