Meyer lemon, chamomile tea, marzipan, beeswax, and apricot purée. Swirling brings tangerine, white flowers, and rock salt. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with silky texture and bright acidity. The wine builds up as it gets warmer, showing tons of stone fruit, citrus, and spice flavors. Extremely balanced and layered, this beautiful Roussanne finishes long, with a mineral touch. Drink now or in the next 12 years.
